Working Funding Codes: From August 2025

All parents using a working funding code are required to pay a deposit to secure their child’s space.

The deposit will be a week fees, depending on the days and session your child will be attending.

If your child is only to attend the funded session, this will be refunded to you within 4 weeks of your child starting.

However if you attend any more than the funded sessions the deposit can be refunded or adjusted towards the last invoice. Parents are required to give us 4 weeks notice to withdraw their child’s nursery place.

If you change your mind before the settling in sessions you will forfeit £20.00 which will cover the administration fee.

Deposits cannot be refunded if the child has started the settling-in period and the parent/carer decides to withdraw the child’ place.

For any children attending the nursery on the 2 & 3 Year old funding, no deposit will be required unless your child is attending more than the funded sessions.

Meals for Funded-Only Sessions (for children the term after their 3rd birthday)

Parents/carers whose children attend funded-only sessions may choose either to provide a healthy packed lunch at no additional charge or purchase nursery-provided meals. Nursery meals are optional and are currently charged at £2.00 for a hot meal during an AM session and £1.00 for tea during a PM session. For a full-day funded session, the total meal charge is £3.00 per day.

We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, 51 weeks of the year and closed for 1 week at Christmas and 3 training days (dates would be announced well in advance).
